Animal Adventure Info

Each of my awesome animal adventures will have the following :

• a personal account of the experience (with photos and videos where possible)
• "Just the Facts" about doing an animal experience yourself
• facts about the animal species (knowledge is power!)

Check out the "Just the Facts" section so you can plan to do your very own animal experience - or, if you're a kid like me, plan the nagging of your parents!  Practise these line now: "awww..c'mon mum... it looks like so much fun.... it would be good for my education.... Tegan got to do it!".

As prices are constantly changing, we don't include the price,so you'll have to check the organisation. We do include the following guides to price:

• FREE - well, obviously that means what it says!
• INCL - that means the experience is included in general admission prices, so no extra nagging your parents!
• $ - Minor Cost - From $1 to $50 - a wee bit of nagging your parents or saving your pocket money
• $$ - Moderate Cost - $50 to $100 - this will take some serious thinking on your nagging strategy
• $$$ - High Cost - Over $100 per person - Maybe try the "birthday present strategy"
• $ - Super Premium - Over $500 per person - Got some rich parents? Or animal freaks like mine!

I've also included a quick guide to the type of experience:

• SEE - sorry, only get to see them - I've only included where animal is super-cool or rare!
• PAT - Yep, you get to pat the critter - actually touching can be pretty fun!
• CUDDLE - This is patting to the extreme! Great for lap-sized animals
• FEED - Hand feeding (or with a pair of tongs if dangerous!) is cool
• SWIM - Getting into the water with Dolphins, Seals and other aquatic wildlife
